Secure Envelopes Forms - Forms inside an Envelope for bi-lateral acceptance
This feature will allow a form within an envelope. When the Secure Envelope is opened, the authorised opener can append to the form, include attachments, counter sign (Seal) the Secure Envelope and return the the original Creator. Again, all the normal features of Secure Envelopes apply but with the benefit of bi-lateral non-repudiation.
Why do we exist? - Because security is mostly discussed in terms of network intrusion (firewalls) and network security access control (within the network). But what about access to Envelopes within the network - and more importantly, what are you doing about protecting those objects OUTSIDE the network - in transit, when employees leave, travel, when you send emails with sensitive attachments?

"That's right, but don't talk about that because we can't control that part of the security layer right?"....that was true until Cocoon Data came along and challenged the modus operandi.

Secure Objects is the core Intellectual Property owned by Cocoon Data and worldwide patent pending. We recognised the 'hole' in data sharing and file transfer that is ubiquitous in an online world where devices and data are increasingly distributed away from the secure network.

Cocoon Data and the Butterfly device are Trademarks of Cocoon Data Pty Ltd. The Secure Objects technology is U.S.
(Application number 61/021271)and worldwide patent pending 2007.
